The bridge fixtures, wire verticality inspection tools, rotary table, CNC rotary table and other machine tool accessories and tools used in the fast wire cutting machine can also be applied on the slow wire cutting machine.

In recent years, the wire-cutting reference clamping system has adopted a universal clamping fixture and alignment tool, which can quickly and accurately complete the alignment and clamping of the workpiece with very simple operation, and is widely used on the wire-cutting machine. ,as shown in picture 2.

Item 5 program input

According to the requirements of the machine operation manual, the program operation for generating the workpiece cutting is completed by switching between different operation modules, inputting the machining program with the keyboard or directly calling the existing program and loading the memory. Before executing the program, run the program simulation once to check the running status of the program to avoid adverse consequences after actual processing. Then press the ENT key to execute the entered program and machine the part.

Small and multiple cutting methods should be used for wire cutting.
