II. Overview and scope of tender

2.1 Overview of the project: The service technology for rectifying wells without moving column is the routine maintenance item for layered injection wells in the third oil production plant of Changqing Oilfield Company in 2017. In this project, the 56 wells that are expected to be tested repeatedly by the No. 3 Production Plant will be subjected to rectification of the unmovable column-through wells to improve the qualification rate of the injection wells.

2.2 The scope of the tender: the No. 3 oil extraction plant is expected to test the deployment of 56 multiple times to meet the resistance of the layered water injection wells to implement the electric column to improve the performance of stratified water injection wells to improve the ratio of the test. 2.3 Service locations: Shaanxi Jingbian County, Wuqi County, Zhidan County, Dingbian County and Yanchi County, Ningxia Province. 2.4 Service Period: From the signing date of the contract to December 31, 2017. One year warranty after acceptance. 2.5 Project budget: 450,000 yuan; bidding control price is 08,000 yuan/well, and the estimated workload is 56 wells.

III. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 This tender does not accept the consortium bid; 3.2 The legal entity or other organization registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, the scope of business must include well logging technical service content; 3.3 bidder registered capital of not less than 2 million yuan; 3.4 has effective safety in production Permits; 3.5 In the past three years, there are service performances similar to the contents of this tender, and they have corresponding technical service capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds. 3.6 Suppliers, constructors, and service providers entering the oil field must all make inquiries about bribery files at the local public prosecutor's office. This project requires all bidders to go to the Public Prosecutor's Office to investigate the files of bribery crimes, and the Prosecutor's Office issued the “Notice of the Prosecutor’s Office inquiring about bribery files” (referred to as the “letter”) within the last two months; the bidders submit the bid documents. The original must be accompanied by an original letter or a clear, color scan. If the "Notice" QR code cannot be identified or displayed with a bribery criminal record, its bid document will be rejected.
