8. Testing equipment necessary for acceptance inspection of raw materials purchased from abroad, supporting components, external processing, and imported bulk components, or a certificate provided by the material supplier for qualified testing.
9. If there is a major problem within the scope of China Southern Power Grid Company and the suspension of bidding qualification by China Southern Power Grid Company or Guangdong Power Grid Company, it must have been verified and re-qualified by China Southern Power Grid or Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. 10. The tendered product shall be accepted by the product manufacturer and the authorized agent of the product manufacturer to participate in the tendering and bidding activities (it must hold a valid authorization letter issued by the manufacturer). 13. In order to prevent the appearance of bid-rigging, cross-listing, and related-party transactions among manufacturers, for the existence of the following conditions, once detected, the involved units will all become obsolete bids or repeal the bid-winning qualifications:
(1) The person in charge of the unit is a bid for two or more units of the same person who are participating in the same or non-divided packages at the same time;
