Therefore, the reporter interviewed Mr. Lin Wenjie, general manager of Icarlo Lighting. Reporter: I would like to ask Mr. Lin, the crystal lamp in the market has become saturated, why have you invested so much energy to open up this field?

Lin: The crystal lamp industry is indeed highly competitive, but the crystal lamp still has a large demand space in the market. At present, there are many manufacturers of crystal lamps, but there are not many well-known brands. Many of them are only some cities that occupy the first-class cities. Since this year, there have been many merchants who have come to the distribution of crystal lamps. The crystal lamp image stores are constantly emerging, but Most of them are only a concentrated combination of many brands, but the image monopoly of a certain brand is not much. Especially in the second and third-tier markets, there are still large blank areas for crystal lamps. This gives us the space to survive. According to its own development, Icarlo has not fixed the development in a certain number of terminal distribution, but has increased the promotion of products to penetrate the products into several major domestic markets.

Reporter: Among the many crystal lamp products, what advantages do you think Icarlo lighting crystal lamps have compared with other brands?

Lin: Whether it is a manufacturer or a business, only by paying attention to product quality and integrity, can we have a place in the market. With the increasingly fierce competition, some merchants have not poured their profit expectations on a certain brand. If it is not a product series and a wide range of manufacturers, it is difficult to hold the hearts of the business. Icarlo has been concentrating on the development of crystal lamps for several years to create its own characteristics.

The cost of the crystal lamp itself is much higher than other products. The pressure on the business operation is high. Many people are worried that the product will be purchased more and the capital turnover will not work. Therefore, they are not willing to put too many samples to sell the samples. The result is not satisfactory. For this reason, Icaro has set up direct sales exhibition centers in several major cities in China to decompress dealers.

Reporter: In so many markets in China, Ikaro Lighting currently has sales networks in which cities. Why do you want to enter the Chengdu market and choose Jinfu Lighting City first?

Lin: In the past few years, Icarlo has more than 20 franchise stores in China. Icarlo in Beijing, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Chongqing, Tianjin and other places are selling very well. Some time ago, three new ones were opened in the East China and North China markets. It is expected that the two regions will increase to six specialty stores during the year. Choosing Chengdu means that Chengdu has always been the political, economic and cultural exchange center of the southwestern provinces, and has great development potential. After several years of cultivation, Jinfu Lighting City has matured, market management is standardized, and its positioning is clear. Icaro Lighting Operating here, the investment risk is small and the profit probability is high. Therefore, in the Chengdu market, Icaro must be stationed.

Reporter: Icarlo set up a direct sales center in Chengdu. What is the ultimate goal?

Lin: Merchants join new brands, investment is not a big problem, they are worried that the manufacturers market expansion is not enough. Icarlo has set up a direct sales exhibition center in Chengdu. In addition to providing products with cost-effective products, it also tracks and returns visitors to the shopping environment, product display and after-sales service, and brings them advanced concepts. In the operation, we will seek together with the merchants to find a shortcut to benign development. The current status of the lighting industry has not been fixed in the mode of selling products. Icarlo is forging in the Kawasaki market and is a new generation sales prince in the field of crystal lamps.
